The third mainstreaming event was held on June 6th, 2024 on Zoom. This event is part of a series of three regional dialogues aimed to tackle pressing issues within the sector, such as sustainability and job creation, internationalization, and intellectual property rights, and propose actionable solutions.
The third event, dedicated to cultural exchange and intellectual property, highlighted key challenges in ensuring the rights and sustainability of the creative economy. Focused on key issues such as illegal imitations and the safeguarding of intellectual property, the discussions highlighted the importance of protecting creative works to ensure their economic viability, proposing solutions and strategies to mainstream these processes.
Recommendations, best practices and insights collected from mainstreaming events will be instrumental for the development of a comprehensive and actionable regional action plan to be presented at the project closure.
The third mainstreaming event was organized by CREACT4MED project partner BUSINESSMED.
