Abdelsamee Abouelhamd is a seasoned Theater Artist, Art Manager, and Trainer with a profound passion for the world of performing arts. With a strong educational background in theater and a remarkable career spanning over 15 years, Abdelsamee has made significant contributions to the cultural landscape of the MENA region. As a co-founder of multiple art institutions in the Middle East and North Africa, Abdelsamee has played a pivotal role in shaping the artistic scene. Notable among these institutions are “Sailors for Arts” in Egypt and “Atabet Fann” in Palestine, which have served as platforms for nurturing and promoting local talent. Abdelsamee’s expertise goes beyond the stage, as he has taken the lead on numerous art projects and assumed positions of artistic organizational leadership. His visionary approach has left an indelible mark on the creative community, fostering growth and innovation. With a commitment to capacity-building, Abdelsamee has initiated various interventions targeting artists, art institutions, and creative startups. Ms Samaha works as an architect, designer and manager of two startups. She has over 11 years of experience in the field. Ms Samaha is a technical expert with creat4med. She will provide overall technical support through her expertise in startups and the creative industry in Lebanon.

Sahar Mechri

Sahar Mechri Kharrat holds a PhD in Economics from Paris 1 Sorbonne University. She teaches microeconomics of uncertainty and macroeconomics at IHEC Carthage. She is interested in the issues of international trade and the role that governance can play in developing countries. In addition, Sahar Mechri Kharrat is the executive director of the magazine “le Manager”, a monthly business manager of the leading media group, “Promedia”. She runs annual survey on employability of tunisian universities. She is mainly committed to the issue of women’s empowerment and leads the Women Entrepreneuer annual Awards.
